IN-N-OUT is a satellite campus of Harvest Bible University. We provide up to a 4 year Bible college degree program to inmates who want to study the Word of God.
IN-N-OUT helps your life change through these Bible college courses. Our goal is for you to become a man or a woman of God. From a prisoner of crime to a servant of Christ.

How to Enroll:
Our self-study program gives you the opportunity to study scripture on your own schedule
using self-guided materials like textbooks and journals.This approach allows you to reflect
deeply on your faith without the pressure of deadlines.
IN-N-OUT prison fellowship is tuition-free. A processing fee of $60.00 covers your entire
semester.You will receive four free HBU course books, four final exams, and four free
45-day Devotional Journals per semester. Once we receive your completed enrollment
packet, including your testimony, we will send you a letter of acceptance.
Your $60.00 processing fee must be received before we can process your enrollment and
ship your course materials. Payments may be made by check, money order, or Zelle at
(209) 635-0405. Your 180-day semester begins when you receive your books and course
materials.
If you are indigent, we encourage you to find a sponsor. Many of our students are
sponsored by family, friends or churches. We do have a grant program for indigent
students. To apply, send a letter with a short explanation of why a grant should be issued.

2. Arrange sponsorship
A sponsor may support your studies by sending a check, money order, or using Zelle.

Need help finding a sponsor?
Write a second testimony specifically for a sponsor. After you submit it, you will be placed on a waiting list until a sponsor becomes available.
