IN-N-OUT is a satellite campus for Harvest Bible University. We provide up to a 4 year Bible college degree program to inmates who want to study the Word of God.
IN-N-OUT helps your life change through these Bible college courses. Our goal is for you to become a man or a woman of God. From a prisoner of crime to a servant of Christ.

Study Programs
A Fully Honor-Based Self -Study Program
Our "at your own pace" program allows inmates to study scripture at their own pace using self-guided materials, such as textbooks and journals. This approach gives them the freedom to reflect deeply on faith without the pressure of deadlines.
Courses are available for free on tablets (iPad or Android), and the HBU textbooks will be sent to you via email in PDF format. Additionally, you'll receive four physical 45-day devotional study journals each semester.
If you don’t have a tablet and need both the HBU textbook and the devotional study journal, please send two books of Forever Stamps to the PO Box listed below to cover shipping and handling for both the textbook and journals. If you only need the 45-day devotional study journals and will access the textbook on your tablet, send one book of Forever Stamps. Once you complete the 45-day devotional study journal and final exam, return both along with another book of Forever Stamps to receive the next HBU textbook if needed.
