IN-N-OUT is a satellite campus of Harvest Bible University. We provide up to a 4 year Bible college degree program to inmates who want to study the Word of God.

To enroll, send the completed enrollment packet with your testimony to the address above.
You may have a sponsor who can support you by sending a check, money order, or use Zelle.

*If you need help finding a sponsor, you must write a second testimony specifically for a sponsor. After submitting this testimony, you will be placed on a waiting list until a sponsor becomes available.
